The Role The person is to act as a coordinator within the Nordics for forecasting and supply chain activities, sales and marketing systems supervising projects in order to guarantee the development of best practices among the organization and affiliates, enable the sharing of activities and processes, guaranteeing at the same time on point of entrance for PMI HQ Tolling and Cluster.The role reports to the Manager Planning, Budgeting & Reporting Nordics.Principal accountabilities are: .Forecasting & supply chain coordination within the Nordics . Forecast consolidation . Contact with tolling, act as Nordic responsible for primary contact . Systems Administration . RIM - planning, budgeting & Reoporting Nordics Records Information Management (RIM) coordinator . Intranet, updating the section dedicated to Planning .Sampling . Back-up planning & Distribution executive Sweden You have: . Degree in Economics/Supply Chain Management (Master in Finance or Business Administration is a plus) .Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large multinational or other international business in planning/business development, budget or forecasting departments.. Strong computer skills . Fluency in Swedish and English . Problem-solving abilities and great communication skills .
