System Support CAD/PDM/CAE

The function Design Tools within Core values, processes & Systems - Technology has a global responsibility for CAD/PDM/CAE. To PLM Europe within Design Tools we are now looking for a System Support CAD/PDM/CAE The department currently consists of 8 persons in different regions where of 3 persons in Region - Sweden. The primary mission for this department is to support our end users in Main activities Support the users in region ? Sweden in their daily work Identify improvement areas Be involved in BAT-testing and training when implementing new systems Manage Key User Meetings Support Managers with identifying training needs and areas for user skill improvement Give information or carry out training for the Department/Team, e.g. in connection with upgrades or workshops The System Support responsibilities also apply for consultants and users within Operations, for applications that are mainly used within Technology. Qualifications Technical degree or equivalent experience Excellent skills in CATIA V5 and SmarTeam Knowledge of KOLA and PTC PDM link is an advantage Knowledge of PROST is an advantage Business knowledge is an advantage Good communication and presentations skills Good skills in Swedish & English, both written and oral Accurate and structured Personal As a person you are very social, service minded and with a good sense of humor.
