The System Support Department is the important link between the organization and the business-critical systems, their responsibility is to ensure the systems support the business in the day-to-day work. Through strong leadership, technical understanding and operational participation, you will create the right environment for your team to develop, meet their goals and contribute to making our customer services more efficient.
The team consists of 10 specialists with various backgrounds and experience from different departments within the company. They are located in Uppsala.
System Support works closely with Customer Service and other departments that need support in their daily work and questions.
About the role
As the System Support Manager your main focus will be to
Support, coach and lead the System Support team that works on daily incoming jiras.
Ensure that teams have a defined and efficient way of working.
Follow up on productivity and ensure incoming cases are handled in time.
Responsible for the projects the team is set on and the systems
Identify, develop and ensure potential development areas to streamline the organization.
Monitor outcome and raise red flags in case flows are not working as expected
Collaborate and develop the relationship with external partners
Requirements
Documented leadership experience (1-3 years)
Coaching and inspiring leadership
Experience from working with various systems
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
Analytical skills and critical thinking and ability to resolve complex problems
Experience of working in the travel industry, including working with a variety of air distribution systems, will be considered an asset
