In Vårgårda, just an hour away from the Swedish car mecca, Gothenburg, we have our state-of-the-art Research and Electronics Manufacturing facility. Here, together with our engineers, we develop the next generation in modern manufacturing of radar and camera systems

Our purpose-driven and curious teams are creating trust in mobility through human-centric innovation. We are today the largest pure-player in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS). We design and manufacture products and solutions for active safety and occupant protection.

We’re now looking for System Test Coordinator that will work close with the System Test Team, to secure camera industrialization, in a fully automated in high volume production.

What you'll do?
You will lead the team with focus on timing, progress, quality assurance and support in technical problem solving.
The team works with test methods and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, commissioning, documentation and continuous optimization.
You and the team will be involved throughout the industrialization process, both component and system tests with various equipment like robots, optics and sensors.

You will work in an international environment with exciting challenges in technology, product development and industrialization. Together with colleagues from the Production plant in Vårgårda and Design Center in Linköping, Sweden, you will ensure the products producibility with focus on production test.

What you'll bring
We believe that you’re a good communicative person, with leadership skills, who would like to take the next step and be our System Test Lead Coordinator. You must have good technical background with C/C#-programming and both Software and Hardware experience in order to be successful in this position.

We presume that you thrive in an environment of constant learning and discovering new ways of working. Where you can put your technical and coordinator skills to good use. If you already have experience in testing and automation, agile software development related to hardware and basic understanding of production and process development, we believe it will be an advantage for you.

As a person, you enjoy working independently, driving your own processes, but understand your role in the team and what you’re all trying to accomplish together.

We believe that with the aid of your skill of working under pressure and at the same time meticulous eye for detail, quality and testing you can help us forward to reach the next step within automotive and electronic industrialization.

Level (diploma) required:

- University degree in electronics, data or programming

Other required skills:

- Knowledge and great interest in C/C# -programming
- Experience in Team Lead, or Scrum Master, or Project Management or Coordination positions
- Interest in developing processes and methods
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
- Experience working in production and/or Vision is merited
