Role Overview:
Embark on a pivotal journey where your passion for verifying complex systems aligns with delivering outstanding customer experiences and robust autonomous solutions. As a System Test Lead, you will be at the helm of all activities related to the testing of autonomous mowing systems for solar parks, including a cloud-based solution for planning and controlling site activities. The role entails a varied work environment, encapsulating both travel and outdoor work, offering you a multifaceted experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and being intrinsically involved in all test-related activities for the system.
Coordinating with a test and verification team, comprising system and sub-system test engineers.
Engaging in test planning and reporting, ensuring meticulous feedback and follow-up.
Composing detailed test specifications and executing comprehensive system field testing.
Performing manual complete system field testing at national and international sites, which includes expected travel of 1-2 weeks, 1-2 times a year to EU and US locations.

Requirements:
Multi-year professional experience in system testing and test planning.
Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Favorable Competences:
An engineering education in a relevant domain such as Robotics, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science, or similar.
Experience with Robot Framework or analogous tools for test automation.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Tasks:
Lead the system test and verification team for autonomous machines, including both managing the T&V team and planning/executing verification activities.
