Job description
As a system tester in Munters' R&D department, you will have the chance to work on hardware-related software testing and connected control systems. The role involves both operational testing and strategic elements where quality assurance and regulatory compliance are central. You will have the opportunity to establish processes, routines, and methods to further develop and lead Munters' testing operations.

Your tasks include:
• Plan, develop, and execute tests of modules, units, and systems related to stability, performance, compatibility, and usability.
• Build and develop automated software and hardware tests.
• Develop robust control systems together with the team.
• Collaborate with internal customers and partners.

Your profile
The role requires broad competence and experience in handling a wide range of tasks, spanning from software on circuit boards to cloud solutions.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in software testing and system testing.
• An engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Programming skills, e.g., C/C++.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We want you to have experience working in a product company and building automated tests. Experience with products related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning is a plus.
