Are you an engaged and a pragmatic tester that wants to be part of building future Swedbank’s KYC-process? Are you passionate about quality assurance and agile development? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of Next Generation KYC PEGA, the new value stream within Group Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), that has the responsibility for running group common Financial Crime Programmes with focus on AML/Counter-Terrorism Finance
- You will be part of an international team that is driven by initiative and high responsibility co-workers
- Be responsible for the full chain of tests, from planning to hands-on testing
- Together with Product owner and Software developers - understand, plan and create test plans
- Analyse user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Execute on all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
What is needed in this role:
- Solution oriented and a creative mindset
- Self-sufficient with a doer mentality and a “everything is possible” attitude
- Strong ability of handling many and a large variety of tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience in Java/Web development is a plus
- Previous experience & good knowledge in API-testing is a must
- Previous experience & good knowledge in PEGA software development is a must
- Previous development experience in PEGA Client Lifecyle Management is a plus
- Finally, you should have the relevant university degree
