Key responsibilities - Drive improvements of software test philosophy and methodology - Create and improve test solutions to increase test coverage while minimizing work load needed for test in order to ensure high usability and performance of software system - Develop and add test functionality, either manual tests or automated - Create documentation and update and run our verification tools when the group is adding new functionality in the applications - Ensure that the software meets all the regulatory and quality demands by following our processes - Tight collaboration with software development team members Key requirements Bachelor, Master degree in computer science or similar combined with work experience, preferably from software test and verification - More than one years experience in test and verification of software - Experience from working in .NET and XML - Experience from automated software test systems such as Test complete, Silk etc.is a merit - Experience from audio, playing musical instruments etc.is considered a merit.- Experience from the medical technology industry is considered a merit.- Experience in documenting projects thru requirements, protocols and reports - Fluent English in speech and written is a requirement - Ability to finish work within time limits and to predict work load is a must Personal profile Organized and driven by results that meet the requirements of our key target audiences.Able to work within stressful environments, projects, yet remain calm and able to deliver.Team player who can work within the development team values: Courage, collaboration, excellence, freedom with accountability and respect.Customer service orientation: Acts to makes things better for customers.
