System Verification Leader

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

We are now looking for a System Verification Leader (SVL) for the complete Body & Exterior Unit. This Unit is responsible for development of doors, hood, tailgate, exterior trim etc.
As SVL you will be responsible to secure all Body & Exterior verification activities on our current projects as well as future vehicle programs we develop.
You will work closely to all concerned System Managers and System Engineers within the unit to plan, prepare and secure execution of the necessary verification activities for the full Unit. You will also be closely connected to an SVL network within complete CEVT.

You will report to the Module Team Director for Closures, one of the module teams within the Body & Exterior Unit.

Responsibilities and tasks
* Create system verification plans based on the Vehicle Overall Plan and verification tactics.
* Define test methods.
* Continuously report and update the verification plans regarding progress and actual status.
* Secure that testing can be performed according to plan, be the test supplier’s counterpart, report deviations to plan and identify actions to recover.
* Analyze test results and push decisions upon actions if requirements not are met.


Job Requirements
* Experience from component, system and/or complete vehicle testing.
* Engineering degree or equivalent work life experience.
* Experience from Body & Exterior system is of extra value
* Experience from working with China is merit.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
