How will you make an impact?
System Verification and Validation group is responsible for verification and validation of our analytical system for Allergy and Autoimmunity testing. This involves verification and validation of software, system and assay performance during updates of the current or development of new systems to ensure that our system fulfills internal requirement specifications and regulatory demands for all markets. The group is a team of around 20 people.
You will work in verification and validation activities for our different projects during the development of new analytical systems as well as updates of the current Phadia Systems. We are looking for a person to work hands on with verification in the lab but who would be interested to take the lead in the different activities.
Come and work in a supportive team with good collaboration. We also work closely with the other functions within the department System R&D. You will have the possibility to help our customers how they work and diagnose allergy tests and autoimmune diseases around the world.
What will you do?
In the role as System Verification Specialist you will work with verification and validation during development of new analytical systems as well as updates of the current Phadia Systems. This will involve planning and leading verification and validation activities as well as hands on verification in the lab. The work includes writing plans and reports, development of test methods and analysis of results to assure that we fulfill the requirement specifications for the product.
In detail you will be working with
Writing test methods as well as execute verification and validation with hands-on laboratory work on our Phadia Systems
Analyze data and report result from verification and validation activities
Take part in reviewing product requirement and specifications
Planning and leading verification activities

How will you get there?
University degree within natural science, technology or related field
Experience from verification and validation preferably within life science industry or equivalent regulated environment
Experience from general hands-on laboratory work including handling of patient samples, reagents and standard equipment as well as working with analytical instruments. Experience from Immunodiagnostic methods in general and Phadia products in particular is a merit.
Readiness to take a leading role in different activities
Analytical and good problem solving skills. To be successful you need an interest in understanding how the instruments work.
Responsible, thorough and structured way of working and always having quality in mind
Be able to take initiatives and work independently as well as be a good team player
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
