Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Verification Traction Batteries to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Verification Leader:
Define and implement verification plans for battery projects, ensuring integration, verification, and validation of the electrical system.
Collaborate with internal resources, external test institutes, and suppliers.
Utilize strong knowledge of battery development and testing.
Previous experience as a project or verification leader is highly beneficial.
Demonstrate high drive and effective communication skills.
Integration Testing of Batteries:
Conduct functional testing of battery packs, evaluating state of health, state of charge, and similar functions.
Perform majority of testing in test rooms, with some activities in vehicles.
Prioritize knowledge of battery testing and familiarity with AVL test rigs.
Battery Rig/Vehicle Testing:
Conduct battery testing in rigs and vehicles, focusing on functional and mechanical testing.
Demonstrate knowledge of batteries, with a background in power electronics being beneficial.
Possess strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in fault tracing techniques.
Skilled in using CANalyzer for testing.
Functional Battery Testing:
Perform traction voltage battery pack testing in rig, focusing on functional, safety, and performance testing.
Analyze test results, create reports, and define test methods for projects.
Prepare testing and test objects, with expertise in CANalyzer and battery pack test environments.
Familiarity with AVL systems is advantageous.
What You Bring:
Strong insight into verification processes and development of traction batteries for automotive applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
Knowledge and experience in battery testing methodologies and equipment, with proficiency in AVL test rigs being desirable.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and identify faults effectively.
Proficiency in CANalyzer for data analysis and testing.
Education or background in power electronics is beneficial for certain roles.
