Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for System21 Support Owner Description Sandvik Mining and Construction has a common business system platform for its different functional areas where the iseries based ERP-system System21 have a central role.We are now in a phase of moving to the next generation of our ERP-system, System21 Aurora.The role of the System21 Support Owner is to monitor and follow up the Global Support and propose improvements in the process. Key performance areas .Monitor solved issues to indicate improvements to avoid future disturbance..Follow time used for action, total duration time, escalation and types of Issues..Follow up KPIs set by S21 Support Managers..Monthly follow-up meetings with S21 Support Managers regarding statistics, KPIs, improvements of processes. Your profile .Analytical skills .Problem solver .Strong computer skills .Good communicator .Fluent in English .Ability to work independently and do some travelling..Knowledge of System21 processes and databases as well as knowledge of business processes and Sandvik way of working is necessary.
