We at Haninge Bilvård AB take care of cars on a daily basis, but unlike an ordinary car service company, we develop processes that enhance the quality of our services, decrease the time spent to service each car and streamline the flow of bookings though an online booking system integrated with digital marketing platforms. Due to our success in the marketing side, we are currently in the process to franchise our services so that other car service companies can do the same. for the sake of this vision, we need a technical person who can do system administration and lead a team of outsourced software developers to fulfil our custom technical requirements and maintain a healthy system of networks and servers.


About you
5+ years of experience in the field of system administration, software development and IT support.
Experience working with (Linux, Word Press & MySQL).
Advance knowledge in virtual environments.
Solid experience in Microsoft active directory and client technologies.
Ability to install, configure and operate video surveillance systems.
Reliable expertise in data protection strategies.
Ability to design and maintain a healthy network of routers, switches and servers.
Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
It is a big plus if you have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, network administration, telecommunications or equivalent field of study.
Fluent communications skills in English.



Your responsibilities
Lead a remote team of outsourced software developers to design our custom system to fulfill the needs of our systems.
Hold regular meetings with stake holders to document business requirements.
Design, configure and maintain our technical cloud-based resources like (virtual networks and servers).
Make sure that all company data resources are safe from leak or loss by designing a solid system of firewalls and backup servers.
Implement vendor evaluations, carry out solution compatibility analysis, and provide purchasing recommendations, when needed.
In case of technical emergencies, be ready to provide support after business hours and in the weekends.
