System Manager

We are looking for System Manager with overall understanding of systems. As a System Manager you will maintain, manage and optimize Business Swedens 4-5 core and around 20 support systems. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting/SupportKeep the organization up to date with news regarding the systemsKeep documentation up to datePeriodic control of permissionsAd hoc projects related to core and support systemes

As you grow in role, your responsibilities will also include:

Reccurrent update of registerIntegrations

You will work in close cooperation with the rest of the IT Operations team and report to the IT Operations Manager. The role includes a close cooperation with the System Manager of UBW. Together you will find best-practice for the maintenance of Business Sweden’s systems.

Formal requirements:

For this role, we believe that you have a background with handling systems and understanding of business. You can link maintainance and optimization of our systems to the needs of the organization. You have the experience of working hands-on with systems as well as the ability to take on a strategic perspective on how systems can be managed, optimized and developed in a professional and efficient way.

Personal characteristics:

As a person we believe that you are communicative, proactive, structured and organized. You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others. In this role you need to be self- reliant and confident and like to take on a responsibilty, initiate and drive projects.

Language: English and good Swedish

Location: Stockholm, World Trade Center
