Systems Administrator/Technical Trainer

About the role:
In this role, you will be part of the Business Configuration and Training team within the business unit Market Technology. The team consists of six (6) team members based in Stockholm, focused on Nasdaqs Knowledge Transfer Program.
As the Systems Administrator/Technical Trainer you need to be an effective communicator with a pedagogical approach, as you will create and present very complex information mainly to external clients as well as internal team(s).
The role will require you to:
Configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer system software
Be responsible for technical training for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and develop existing technical training courses
Work on innovative solutions primarily related to our technical training courses
Travel to various clients sites globally if needed
You will bring:
A degree in Computer Science or related discipline
A few years of relevant work experience, preferably as a System Administrator, Technical Administrator, or similar
Experience working with Linux operating system
Strong computer skills, such as installation, networks, protocols, infrastructure, etc.
Experience or great ability to hold presentations in a pedagogical and informative way
The ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal stakeholders
It would be great if you have:
Experience creating e-learning courses
Cloud experience
Work experience and/or knowledge of systems built with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience from the financial industry will be considered meriting
