For the R&D department at SWEP - Landskrona, we are looking for someone to take on the position as Systems Analyst!
SWEP is the worlds leading supplier of efficient heat transfer technology with over 1200 dedicated co-workers, carefully selected business partners and a global presence in regard to production, sales and service. They are driving the conversion to sustainable energy usage in heat transfer, dedicated to constantly creating more from less, regarding energy, material and space. SWEP is growing at a fast pace, expanding operations globally and also locally in Landskrona. With new headquarters and production facilities they want to enable more entrepreneurial minds to do more to make an impact on the environment. The R&D department at SWEP consists of highly competent co-workers, dedicated to designing and developing innovative products. They are now strengthening their team within R&D, responsible for driving the digital transformation.
The position is based in Landskrona and you will work closely with your colleagues locally within R&D, but also globally in China, Malaysia, US and Slovakia.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Gather requirements, evaluate and define functions and improvements to the Digital Transformation roadmap for systems within R&D at SWEP.
- Define “How” to achieve expected output from design-systems in regards to business needs, partners and other stakeholders.
- Work with application and system integration for all digital solutions within R&D, e.g Product Configurator, PDM, PIM, CAD/CAM/FAE.
- Work closely with Super Users and Systems Specialists in training and developing standards for efficient ways of working.
- Work closely with System Owners to develop and maintain technical roadmap.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelors degree or equivalent within the fields of computer science, information technology or engineering.
- Previous experience from working with Product Configuration software and/or ERP, CAx, PIM/PDM, maybe as a application consultant at a consultancy firm or at a similar position at a manufacturing company.
- Experience of working with engineering software is advantageous.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English.
Some of the software that SWEP is currently running is Oracle EBS, Teamcenter PLM, Inventor and CATIA.
