Systems Engineer - Packaging technology

Responsibilities:
Systems Integration & Development:
Shape architecture and create integrative solutions, combining aspects of materials, converting, filling machines, and comprehensive packaging solutions within the Technology & Research division.
Address technical challenges, streamline processes and drive technology-centric projects aimed at global markets.
Requirements & Specifications Management:
Analyze and refine technical requirements for developmental projects and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Oversee and manage technical specifications, pinpointing and addressing any gaps in sustaining engineering practices.
Risk & Cost Management:
Assume a proactive role in risk management and maintain a comprehensive overview of the total cost of ownership at the system level.
Utilize concepts of TCO, Risk Management, Verification, and Validation to enhance operational efficacy.
Stakeholder Interaction & Collaboration:
Engage regularly with stakeholders from Product Management, Services, and Production, facilitating clear and constructive communication.
Drive initiatives in systems engineering practices and expand capabilities in this domain, collaborating effectively across departments.
Future Solutions Architecture:
Define and develop system architectures for emerging solutions and features, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Qualifications:
A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a comparable role.
Knowledge of the packaging industry.
Proficient in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
