YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working physically and/or virtually in fully empowered and agile teams. Together with the Service Manager, Engineering teams and Engineering Managers. You will create, maintain, and develop our service offerings, based on the latest technologies, and drive a competitive advantage for our consumers.
Content management (Confluence, MS Sharepoint, MS Teams) of our services supporting our consumers and stakeholders with documentation and support.
Ensure that our Products and Services are built according to best practices by continually learning from and benchmarking against industry standards to continuously validate and improve deliverables
Take responsibility for cooperation and align key stakeholders to develop Product/Service design and technical roadmaps.
