We are looking for a Road Logistics Systems and Process Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Sweden.
Your Role
As a Road Logistics Systems and Process Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operational production process in Scandinavia. You will work closely with your team to set up and maintain the required functionalities of the operational Road Logistics software, making sure that everything is in place to keep things moving seamlessly. But that's not all - this role also involves process improvements, project management, and technical implementations, making it a dynamic and varied position. You'll have the opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills to optimise processes in the country and ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential. And let's not forget about the training component - as a specialist in this area, you'll be responsible for ensuring that operational staff are fully trained and equipped to use the system effectively. With so many different aspects to this role, you'll never be bored, and every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be providing direct support and training to users whenever they need it, helping them get the most out of our systems.
You'll be an important part of our team, supporting system setups and development to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We rely on you to help us optimise our operational workflows and make things more efficient, using technical solutions and automation.
If you have experience with EDI/API, that's a plus, but not required.
You'll be responsible for making sure our system is available and functioning optimally, which is key to our success.
You'll work closely with national and regional Customer Solutions teams to make sure we're all aligned and moving in the same direction. Plus, you'll help business owners with technical requests and drive data management efforts to minimise costs and add value.
Your Skills and Experiences
You have an extensive background in Road Logistics procedures and a strong belief in and focus on
process improvements including the direct impact on productivity and quality.
2 years Project Management Experience will be an advantage. In this role you will be responsible
for develop and support the Processes, and to succeed in this position you will need;
The ability to manage projects and to coordinate remotely the activities of other people.
Be patient and pragmatic in your way of working and have the ability to think analytically and systematically
Have a pro-active and practical solution oriented working style
Have fluent communication skills in English, both verbally and written; Scandinavian skills are considered an advantage
Strong affinity with required customer quality standards.
Travel within the Nordic region will occur in some extent.
