Systems Software Engineer - EA SPORTS™ FC

The Systems Engineer works with other domains and production to integrate and develop primary technologies, improve memory, load time, performance, and help guide the title through the final stages of development. We're looking for someone who can manage systems work – everything from technology upgrades to memory and performance optimization. Above all, we're looking for an engineer who knows what it takes to make a AAA title and is excited to use their talent and experience to build great games.
Your Responsibilities
Debug, fix and improve existing code.
Provide well-tested and high-quality new features that meet requirements.
Understand how technical implementation impacts performance and memory budgets.
Collaborate with other teams and domains on solutions.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of C++ development, architectural, and software engineering skills.
Experience integrating and maintaining large-scale systems covering multiple domains and technologies.
Understanding of memory management, file systems, multi-core processing, and runtime optimization.
Experience with job-based architectures and scheduling.
Detailed knowledge of Xbox One and PS4 platforms.
