Systems Support

You will be part of a team that supports our factory with system-related issues regarding the ERP system (Jeeves), other local systems and are part of the production support at the Lund site. You will be acting as a project member in local and global projects, working daily in Jeeves as well as excel files in order to support our ERP system. You will be part of the journey within the team that will work on migrating to a new system, Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a system support, you need to be able to see the big picture but at the same time be able to focus on the details. You are driven and thrive with supporting and helping others and dare to challenge and think new. To succeed and make a difference it ́s important to have a passion for systems and digitalization. You will support the line with system-technical questions.
What you know:
University degree in System development, system science, or equivalent university education in systems and SQL preferred
Experience working with D365, Jeeves or equivalent systems
Excellent communication and networking skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
