WHAT UTOPIANS DO

The open secret is that the music industry is struggling with the very basics of music accounting: What was played, when and where? Who should get paid and how much?

Utopia Music is bridging the data gap by connecting global consumption, accurate metadata, and fast payments to an industry-wide trust platform. Our goal is to unlock creative value and enable Fair Pay For Every Play to make a better world for Music. The solutions we offer do not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection for all.

THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Admin Support Specialist at Utopia you will work within our People & Culture team as a part of the global Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure a fantastic candidate experience by helping our TA team to work faster, smarter & simply better. You are a multitasking talent, stick to deadlines and are able to (re-) define your priorities throughout the day.

You are expected to be a great colleague and a friend, as the rest of Utopians will be to you. Collaboration will always be key, favored to individual contributions. You are expected to listen and discuss, and always support your colleagues when you can. You will get support and guidance from the full TA and People & Culture Team. You will always be respected for who you are and for sharing your thoughts and perspectives. We are all open, transparent, curious and friendly. Some call it Utopia. Funnily enough - so do we!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Application is in. Time to review. You’ll be helping us review and rate our talents.
- First, second, final interview - you’ll be handling the Interview scheduling for specific positions and are our voice and face towards the candidates.
- Once an offer is made, you’re the one taking care of the employment contracts (creation and signature process).
- We want to make sure to hire the best talents, so background checks are part of the game. You’ll initiate and review them.
- Best talent comes from everywhere - you will help them in the relocation process.
- Every process where we think we could be working smarter and better. You’ll be involved!




REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience.
- “The best” administrative skills and ability to structure your work also in a hectic and changing environment.
- Great communication skills; written and verbal.
- Can-do attitude and ability to re-define priorities (on a daily basis).
- Serviceminded; you enjoy working with people and providing great support.
- Full proficiency in English,
- Proficiency with HRIS and Google workspace is a plus.
