Our Procurement organization is growing, so we are currently searching for more engaged colleagues to join our organization in Finspång. To our Core Procurement team we are now looking for a Tactical Buyer who are ready to take on the challenge!

 

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

Your profile
* We see that you have previous experience from working within procurement
* You have good interpersonal skills, both verbally and in text, and are able to build effective and positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
* As a person you are analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities. You can easily prioritize between different tasks, plan your time efficiently and achieve set targets
* You have professional proficiency in English. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus
* If you have good knowledge and experience of SAP it is meritorious

 

Your responsibilities
* Prepare and manage purchase orders and negotiate project specific purchase orders based on agreed terms and conditions and price lists
* Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and that suppliers maintain agreed delivery performance
* Build on supplier relationships and formalize communication
* Communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
* Work closely with others on procurement related tasks
* Review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvement, and actively take a part in our digitalization transformation
