TACTICAL BUYER

Job DescriptionTo our client we are now looking for a Tactical Buyer! In the role you will coordinate and drive activities related to sourcing of PCBA products that will transfer from an existingsupplier to a new supplier. You will act as point of contact for projects and suppliers and drive quality and commercial aspects related to the transfer. You will ensure a coherent phase in/phase out of production and develop process for product transfers.
In the role you will have the following responsibilities:
• To set-up structure to communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to follow up on progress and requirements. Align with operative and strategic supplier forums.• To set-up structure to communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to follow up on supplier selection, progress and requirements. Align with SQM and strategic buyer in terms of capability and capacity.• Act as point of contact in product transfer projects on behalf of category PCBA.• To drive dialogue with engineering to clarify and categorize product validation requirements in transfer projects.• Measure and follow up on relevant KPI’s.• Contribute to supplier teams and category teams.• Highlight and support in process development, mainly towards prototyping process at Surveillance.• Ensure that ERP system is updated with purchasing data on assigned material and prototype orders.
Qualifications You have experience of working in a similar role.
You have agood mix of technical and commercial skills with good understanding of product and process quality.
You are fluent in Swedish andEnglish in speech and writing.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-03-31 with great possibility of extension.
