Entry Point North is looking for a new assistant who is ready to take off with us!Job description As a Training Assistant, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues.The tempo is high and you will have a key role in maintaining this.Your main responsibilities will be to produce student material, plan and coordinate course modules and administer our booking systems.From start to end, you will monitor the courses we offer, be fully responsible for administering these and assist our teachers in their daily work.You will be a contact person for our instructors and students and give them support in connection with routines and procedures.You will also assist the training management team in various projects.The position is a temporary employment starting in August, lasting until the end of December with a possibility to be extended.Qualifications We are looking for enterprising people with positive attitudes.You are structured and fearless when it comes to organising and taking responsibility for whatever needs to be done.You are creative and innovative.Where others see problems, you see possibilities.Some years of experience in an administrative role are essential.You must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes.As all materials will be produced in English, you also need to have a very good command of English.Applications We run a continuous programme of selections and interviews and would therefore like to receive your application as soon as possible.
