We are on a unique growth journey and we are now expanding our HR team with a person who want to play a central part in enabling our growth through attracting, recruit and develop the most talented people in our industry.

As our Talent acquisition and employer branding partner, you will be the face of our brand at Consafe Logistics. You will attract candidates through consistent interaction as you provide them with a positive candidate experience and contribute to an efficient pre- and on-boarding of new employees. You will be responsible for and managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, having high expectations and a good eye for top talent. The role also includes being responsible for all employer branding activities in close cooperation with our local offices and marketing team. You will be actively involved in various Talent Acquisition projects and global employer branding activities

You will be part of the group HR team that will continue to grow the coming years. You will report to our Chief People officer. The role will be positioned in Lund and you will travel on a regular basis to our offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Netherlands and Poland.

The role

• You will ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• You will build strong relationships with our leaders and gain a clear understanding of their staffing needs, in order to ensure that the most qualified candidates are hired to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
• You will inspire our candidates through developing relationships and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates on a proactive basis who are ready to join our team when opportunities become available
• You will tactically source passive and active candidates through a variety of recruitment methods such as networking, LinkedIn, use of social media, and job fairs to ensure we find the most qualified candidates who will bring the right attitude and behaviors to our team
• You will develop and be responsible for our on-boarding process from a group perspective
• You will together with marketing develop and manage Consafe Logistics digital Employer Branding content in relevant channels, in addition to designing and leading career events, recruitment campaigns and other employer brand activities.
• You will continue to identify, design and execute on strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives both local and global

Your profile

For us attitude and behaviors are key as that is what builds our culture. We expect that you come with a can do attitude, open and a solution oriented mindset. You have a pragmatic approach to the job and put quality in front of quantity. Professionalism is in your veins. You are a strong executor and can independently drive projects. You have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably with in IT/SW industry. You have a relevant university degree.

You will play an important part in the future growth of Consafe Logistics and you will have the possibility to impact on different levels and most important of all – you will have fun!
