Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.
In the TA team, our mission is to identify and attract talented new team members and overall contribute to developing an efficient and enjoyable culture and workplace. Our whole work is strongly committed to having a diverse set of perspectives represented in our team.
Your engagement here will include but won’t be limited to:
Our organization is always growing so in this role, you will actively support the TA team in all the coordination needed to hire highly talented people.
In close collaboration with your TA colleagues, you will help us deliver an amazing candidate experience, coordinate extraordinary talent pipelines and support our highly collaborative hiring process. You will book phone screenings and interviews and support the coordination of all the steps of the hiring process.
Your contribution will be essential to help us execute the TA plan and strategy, which will result in supporting the M growth goals.
You show experience with most of the following...
You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition in Tech and you are looking for a first experience to break in the field.
You recently graduated or you are studying at the moment.
You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills: managing a high volume of candidates/interviews and busy schedules has no secret for you.
You are business-driven, prestigeless and solution-oriented.

Extra awesome if...
You have experience working at fast paced tech companies.
You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and LinkedIn.

Setup: 6 months contract. Immediate start preferred.
