We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role
We are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our people and culture team!

You will help Zimpler scale up with your own insights and bring the recruitment team to the next level. We are a small passionate team driving Zimpler's recruitment forward, and we are definitely looking forward to your inputs!

You will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the people and culture team. You will be based in our modern Gothenburg office.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Sourcing talents daily to best match needs and requirements
- Screening of candidates, resumes and applications while identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
- Responsible for writing job descriptions
- Handle day-to-day running of candidate experience ensuring high levels of productivity and progression
- Sending job offers to successful candidate
- Draft advertisements
- Collaborate with and support the hiring managers, getting involved in what the team needs and wants
- Participate in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
