As we are out to reinvent healthcare at a fast pace we're now looking to expand our team with a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enable us to grow even quicker. We’re looking for you who want to gain experience from working in an exciting company at a scale up-phase, that is contributing to an improved life for a huge number of people.
You will as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator be part of the Talent Acquisition team contributing to creating an excellent experience for our candidates while making sure velocity in our recruitment pipelines are high. Success in this role comes from taking ownership of your own work, drive, and a tendency for over-communication.
Some of the things you will do
Support Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers by coordinating pipelines
Administer tests and cases to candidates
Schedule interviews for candidates
Assuring an excellent candidates experience with swift communication and feedback
Screening and assessment of applications, including phone interviews
Who are we looking for
You are currently in university studies preferably a year still to go, able to dedicate 12 - 20 hours a week to this role
You enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization where change is constant

You take ownership and thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom
This position is located in our Stockholm office. Fluent English and Swedish are required, German is meriting.
