Minimum qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field
Minimum 5 year's managerial experiecne working in a high volume recruitment environment
Demonstrated history of recruiting and placement of professional level up to executive level positions
Experience in leading and developing remote teams and creating performance-driven culture
Knowledge and experience working with employer branding and how to effectively use social media in recruitment
Fluency in English. Swedish is good to have.

Responsibilities Set the strategic direction for the client's global Talent Acquisition and enable the delivery of outstanding recruitments
Develop the sourcing, recruitment & employer branding strategies and policies
Oversee implementation and execution across the group
Functional leader for Talent Acquisition globally
Report functionally and operationally to the VP talent Management
