Talent Acquisition Director Europe
Talent is a strategic pillar of Electrolux and is recognized as a key area to succeed with our business and strategy execution.
At Electrolux Business Area Europe, we currently have an exciting opening as our Talent Acquisition Director Europe, your key focus is to lead and develop an engaged team of 40 professionals (Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and Coordinators) across multiple locations in Europe.
Our team business goals include attracting and bringing the best talent to Electrolux, sourcing critical capability talent pipelines, actively promoting Electrolux as an Employer of Choice, playing an active role in business partnerships and creating great experiences for our candidates and stakeholders
What your day might look like
Your day will be a mix of strategic, tactical and operational work. A big part of it will be related to coaching and developing the talent acquisition team and implementing the global directives and activities in Europe.
You will be in daily contact with business and HR leaders in order to align the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and ways of working to support the business agenda.
The Electrolux talent acquisition Europe team is spread across a number of locations across Europe and leading such a diverse group of people will, for the right person, be a very exciting and rewarding challenge.
You will need to be open to traveling when needed but most importantly be able to lead and perform while managing employees remotely.
This position is also part of our global talent acquisition leadership group and you will have the opportunity to have an impact on our overall TA strategy and partner with other HR functions. You will own and be accountable for the talent acquisition Europe budget.

Your key responsibilities
·Responsible for building strong partnerships with the HR team, business leaders, like Hiring Managers, HRBP:s and Center of Excellence as well as inspiring Talent Acquisition Partners to develop strong partnerships and business knowledge
· Responsible for establishing credibility for the TA function and drive the Global TA Strategy in Europe while working on operational efficiency (ie: creating proactiveness, how to create success and forecasting of talents), in close collaboration with Stakeholders in the different business areas.
· Develop and implement creative ideas for improving ways of working and deliver outcomes focused on continuous improvement
· Partner with Marketing and Communications teams on Employer Branding strategies and activities
·Implement communications strategies for updating key stakeholders on recruiting progress toward goals and objectives as well as actively measure the satisfaction level of all stakeholders within process and performance
· Stay update with regards to organizational changes (acquisitions, reorganizations, new product offerings) as well as industry and technology trends that may impact hiring strategies and needs
·Oversee the development and management of the Talent Acquisition team division and its recruiting budget.

· You have valuable knowledge and stay updated with new digital recruitment solutions, apps, approaches, trends, novelties and you happily share your knowledge and ideas.
· You are able to handle many on-going activities and you are strong at making your point across in leadership situations.
· You have an extensive Talent Acquisition background with a track record of successfully creating and executing a cohesive, thoughtful, and results-driven recruiting function
· Employer Branding experience will be a strong plus
