Adapteo is searching for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Partner on our journey towards Building Adaptable Societies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone not only passionate about recruitment but also thrilled about developing processes and strategic work within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. We are only at the beginning of our journey and are now looking for our second TA-partner to join our team.
About the role
As Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Partner , you will play a vital role in making sure we have the right people on board at the right time. You will recruit for a variety of roles and seniority levels across the organization with an emphasis on our core positions within Sales, Project Management and Engineering. In this role you will be supporting our local organizations across the Nordic markets and deploy your hiring skills in an international setting.
You will identify and fill vacancies, supporting our hiring managers, empower and challenge them to make the right decisions when it comes to talent and diversity. You will apply different sourcing channels to find the competences needed in the business. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you'll play a key role in shaping and rolling out TA and EB initiatives across our organization, working proactively to engage the local organization in our Talent Acquisition agenda.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage end-to-end recruitments from setting the requirement specification to signing of the final candidate
- Design hiring plans and tactics together with hiring managers and HRBP’s, engaging with both applicants and passive candidates
- Proactively work to build a solid talent pipeline by mapping the talent market in our different geographies and deploy active search initiatives to attract passive candidates
- Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are aligned with Adapteo’s values and culture, by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests
- Proactively work to develop our recruitment practices to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout our recruitment process
- Be a driving force in planning, developing and implementing Adapteo’s Employer Brand agenda and execute activation campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and attractiveness of Adapteo as an employer
- Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders by demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding the business and business needs is essential to succeed in telling the story to our future talent
- Act as an advisor and partner to the business; provide guidance, training and coaching to Hiring Managers to support current and future needs for building successful teams.
Your profile
This is the perfect role for a person who enjoys working in a growing and dynamic organization with highly engaged colleagues. You are a natural brand ambassador with strong communication, planning and coordination skills. You have a knack for recruitment and are looking to deploy your skill in an international setting where your contribution really makes an impact.
We also believe that you have/are:
- Higher academic education within an applicable field
- Solid experience within end-to-end recruitment including search and sourcing
-Comfortable with pursuing parallel processes independently
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
- Experience from international recruitment to several markets is a plus
- Well-structured, self-driven and solution oriented
- Have a curious mindset and a proactive and consultative approach
- Strong IT-skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience from working with psychometric tests in recruitment is a plus

Additional information
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. Your location will be in Solna, Sweden. Travelling is required occasionally. You will report to our SVP HR and be a part of the Group HR-team.
