About the position
Perido is looking for a Talent Acquisition to our client, a large successful fintech company that develops smart and easy payment solutions. You will contribute to the Leadership team and help out with the recruitment sourcing project. This assignment is positioned at the company’s modern headquarters, right in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As a TA in this assignment your goal will be to fill three open roles for the Leadership Development team. The tasks will be mainly to source candidates internally and mostly externally, and short lists of candidates before suggesting them. You will need to work in alignment with the TA Services - a team that also will be able to have the onboarding with the candidate.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to have great skills in networking, sourcing, and talent pool management. You have work experience of direct talent sourcing, and you are a fine judge of character. We believe you have a proactive and creative mindset, a strong personal drive to deliver results, an innovative mindset, and great communicative skills. You can as easily work independently, as well as you are a strong team player. Furthermore, abilities like quick learning, flexibility in new contexts and a prestige less image will help you succeed in your role. To thrive with the team, and fit well into the corporate culture, we also hope that you are outgoing, social and have a positive attitude!

Post-secondary education
Experience from working with talent acquisition
General computer skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment at least until 2021-10-29 (possible extension). Start as soon as possible.
