We are now looking for several Interns to our Talent Acquisition Team within Business Tech! You will be part of a TA team in Business Tech with the mission to secure that we have the right people in the right place. The H&M Group’s Business Tech function aims to continuously surprise and delight our customers and accelerate our business - by releasing the power of people, data and technology.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Sourcers in different parts of the recruitment processes. You will learn how to attract candidates, write ads, search, screen and assess tech candidates, conduct phone assessments and interviews when needed, provide candidates with feedback and support in administrative tasks, such as coordinating pipelines and book meetings. You will also support Talent Acquisition Partner in mapping talent. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our international hubs to distribute requirements.
Who are we looking for?
You are currently studying Business, HR or another related field and have at least one year left on your education. It is important that you are not afraid to take on challenges, and you find it easy to communicate with different people in different contexts. Speaking and writing English is not a problem for you. You have realized that you enjoy when things are moving quickly, and you never hesitate to try out something new. You contribute to the team with new ideas and have a helpful positive attitude!
About the Internship
This is a paid six-month internship, you will work 2-3 days/week, with start in February. Please note that we do not provide sponsored Visa for this role. The position will be located at the H&M Group Head Office in Marievik, Stockholm and we are right now working remote due to Covid-19.
