Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations within the Swedish industry. If you have prior HR experience, are familiar with sourcing platforms, and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar platforms to identify and attract top talents.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and introducing new hires to company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Handle recruitment requirements for Swedish clients, ensuring alignment with local labor market standards.
Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.

Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the Swedish industry.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
Educational background in Human Resources, Business, or a higher degree inother field.
Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
Residing in Stockholm, with the ability to work in-office at least 1-2 days per week.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
