Our HR and Comms team are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Lead to secure Exeger’s future with top-class talents!
About the job
We are growing – for the coming years we have an aggressive hiring plan therefore we need a Talent mastermind who has a strong passion for Talent management and thrives in a fast – paced environment. Recruitment is one of Exeger top priorities for 2021 and as a TA Lead you are responsible for our talent attraction strategies and recruitment processes.
You will lead talent attraction and acquisition. You will develop hiring plans, perform analysis of the organizations need and provide forecast for recruitments. In addition, you will work closely to other team members to improve, design and execute employer branding, engagement and culture activities.
About the team
The team is a multidisciplinary group of great minds who all work to make sure we move the organization in the right direction. We have HR and Comms in one team since we believe they are depending on each other. As a team we share knowledge and support each other in different projects, even though we all have our own focus areas and responsibilities.
What about you then?
To succeed in this role we believe you have an extensive experience from a similar role. Preferably you have been part of building up a TA function and has knowledge about the challenges and possibilities. We are looking for an exceptional Talent person who knows the latest trends in attracting talents, social media recruitment and sourcing strategies. You are data driven and have a strong skillset on how to work proactive.
You understand the importance of diversity & inclusion and work strategically to improve this matter. You are self-driven with a collaborative approach, and you have a strong ability to engage others around you.
