The role:
As our Talent Acquisition Lead for Product & Technology you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to help us with our ambitious growth plans in 2022 and beyond.
By collaborating closely with Product & Tech leadership you will help guide our product & tech Employer branding footprint to attract the best talent to LeoVegas group, utilise data to give sound business advice & understand how to utilise the TA team to best reach our staffing goals.
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition staff responsibility in Sweden (3 growing to 4 this year)
Work with the product & tech business to understand changing future pipeline requirements to decrease time to hire
Build out & track team deliverables to make sure team service level agreements are upheld
Accountability for data accuracy & reporting
Provide a regular touch point & be a spokesperson for Talent acquisition within the product & tech business
Driver of product & tech Talent acquisition roadmap & strategy
Help grow & hire the TA team in line with business expansion plans where necessary via consultants or FTEs
Accountability for the overall candidate experience at LeoVegas to become the employer of choice for product & tech
Provide upper management with decision support through TA Metrics & market information
Accountability for product & tech workforce planning
Work with TA Partners to coach team on operational best practise
Coaching employer branding on the new look global function & overall accountability for driving EB across all locations

Who are we looking for?:
5+ years of product & tech recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment team
You are comfortable with riding up and down in the metaphoric helicopter, being able to see both the strategic long-term perspective as well as assessing “right here, right now”
Minimum of 1 years experience in a people leadership role
Experience in recruiting more than 1 geographical locational (we hire in 5!)
As you’ll be working in an international environment it great if you are confident in English

Working Hours:
LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 3 days working from home per week and 2 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
