We are now looking for a new colleague to take on the role as our Talent Acquisition Lead.

What you will do?
As Talent Acquisition Lead for the Nordics you will lead the Nordic TA team and play an important part by being responsible for qualifying and implementing recruitment strategies and to attract diverse talents with reliable outcomes. To create an engaging and empowering candidate and hiring manager experience, and to strengthen the AkzoNobel brand as an attractive employer, is key to secure sustainable high performance of AkzoNobel’s business. By understanding our companies' talent needs, challenges, and strategies, you become a true partner for the organization.

Main responsibilities are:
• Lead, improve and monitor the full recruitment cycle
• Develop and implement the annual recruitment plan and be responsible for recruitment budget and targets
• Develop and recommend business strategies to ensure the successful long-term recruitment
• Operationally drive your own recruitment processes from hiring manager alignment meeting to final hire
• Liaise with job agencies, database search, networking and advertising
• Ensuring a clear direction towards the Talent Acquisition team in order to enable flawless execution in line with Talent Acquisition strategy

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible and you will be placed on our site just outside Malmö. You will report directly to Regional TA Manager Europe.

You have an educational background from a post-secondary education in HR, Psychology, Management or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 3 years in a leading recruiting role. Fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
