Scanias transformation from being a supplier of vehicles to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions, demands a lot of new competence and new ways of thinking.
We at Talent Acquisition are looking for an acting manager during one of our colleagues parental leave. The team is one out of two teams supporting Research & Development. This team consists of highly skilled, ambitious and motivated Talent Acquisition specialists and Talent Sourcing specialists. Some of them have extensive experience from Scania and some have just started their journey with us.
You will lead a Talent Acquisition team in delivering the best candidates to Scania. So aptitude in leadership and ability to build structure and a sense of coherence for your employees are essential as well as being a true team player. It is also important that you are a present leader, especially now when we are working more remotely.
You will be a big part in developing the strategy for the department to be able to find new ways of working in order to find the competences needed to drive the shift. You will also have close dialogues with Head of People Business Partner for R&D about their current and future competence needs.
We believe that a suitable background is:
• Managerial experience
• or a few years’ experience of working as a HR business partner and/or recruitment specialist
• A merit is if you have previous experience from Scania
• University or College degree within relevant area
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
