Talent Acquisition Manager
As a TA Manager @ Everone, you are an important part of our flywheel and will have a great impact on our growth! You are a key person with responsibility for sourcing, the talent journey, and onboarding processes. Together with the management team, you will communicate our story and value proposition. You are a driven and eager person with the skills to build lasting relationships with both candidates and customers.
You appreciate the idea of being part of a modern organization and are unpretentious in your approach. You carry a CAN DO mentality and like to take part in new start-ups and other innovations in tech.
The things you will do 👇:
- Drive full 360° recruitment cycle from search, ads, screening etc. to signing
- Contribute to talent attraction initiatives and projects that enhance the experience for our prospects and future employees
- Employer branding
- Be a lead ambassador! Together with the management team, build the foundation for our corporate culture, team spirit and values
- Create and coordinate events and talent activities together with our marketing organization
- Build collaboration with our partners and friends
- Be part of and support our start-up projects in talent related cases
- Have a positive mindset and approach 😊
Who you are 👇:
- A positive and curious doer
- Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service or human resource
- A passion for networking and building strong relationships
- Good if you have experience from working proficiency using LinkedIn, Teamtailor or other ATS tool
- Based in Stockholm or Gävle
- Fluent in Swedish and English
