The role
As Talent Acquisition Manager your main focus will be our recruitment process. You’ll define roles, set requirements and qualifications, make pre-screening calls, conduct interviews as well as evaluations and negotiations. All in close collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders in the company. You will continuously work with our employer brand and ensure that we attract the best talents. This role reports directly to CHRO and is based in Mölndal.
Requirements
2-5 years proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or related role
Long experience from recruitment and headhunting for IT related roles
Detail knowledge in Recruiting process and Talent Management process
Relevant education degree
Fluent in Swedish and good in English (both speech and writing)
