YOU WILL
As our Talent Acquisition Manager for the Nordic region you’ll be given a unique opportunity to shape and drive the development of the recruitment strategy for EMEA, including job posting and marketing channel development. Local HR and Line Manager are your partners as well as your customers - and you know how to handle it;
- You ensure the filling of your assigned positions including pre-selection and interviews
- You act as a reliable Active Sourcer and attract the best people to Swisslog
- Our cooperation partners and headhunters are managed closely by you
- By market monitoring you ensure, that we start necessary initiatives on time
YOU ARE
You will work in a global environment that is purpose-driven and customer-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate is curious, creative and innovative with a continuous improvement mindset. Building up strong candidate relations is key for you. To succeed in the role you thrive working on a number of different tasks in parallel with conflicting deadlines, but most of all, you are a positive team player with an unquestionable can-do attitude!
Qualifications required to be successful in this position:
- Completed your studies with a focus on HR, Business Administration or technical background
- Several years of professional experience in the field of recruiting and active sourcing
- A good network for candidate sourcing, ideally within Software recruitment
- Fluent in English and Swedish
