Academic Work Sweden is now looking for a manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in securing Academic Work’s continuous growth. Are you an inspiring leader who navigates a fast-paced environment with ease, then look no further!
OM TJÄNSTEN
As Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibility will be to secure Academic Work’s continuous growth by attracting and retaining the top candidates on the market. You will work on a strategic level with creating and implementing effective structures and routines, as well as managing development projects and initiatives aiming to help your team to succeed with their recruitment processes. An important part of the scope is to support and challenge the branches in their headcount planning. You will lead a team of ten experienced and highly competent recruiters and coordinators and report directly to Head of People and Performance who is a part of the Swedish Management team.
To succeed in the role, close cooperation with various internal stakeholders is key, such as Marketing, Group People and Performance, Branch Managers and the Swedish Management team. To take on the role as Talent Acquisition Manager is an excellent step to further develop your leadership skills and truly contribute to the development of Academic Work.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will for example;
* Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team
* According to best practice processes ensure high-quality execution of internal recruitments and a maximum utilization of available resources and system support
* Execute strategies, roadmaps and business plans together with the Swedish Management team and Branch Managers to attract, recruit and retain talents for Academic Work Sweden
* Be part of the international Talent Acquisition forum and collaborate closely with the Group People and Performance function including Head of Labor Law, Training Manager and People and Performance partners
* Together with the marketing team work to develop Academic Work’s employer branding initiatives
* Ensure the alumni as well as exit processes is executed in line with best practice in order to identify gaps and present possible actions to both branch and country management
* Act as a role model in living Academic Works core values

To succeed in the position as Talent Acquisition Manager, you should recognize yourself in the following requirements:
* Leadership experience, with full time employees directly reporting to you
* A couple of years’ experience of working with full recruitment processes
* Experience of performing in a result-oriented organization with high engagement
* Very good knowledge in written and spoken Swedish and English
Several years of leadership experience and an academic degree will be considered qualifying for this position.

You can easily adjust to changed circumstances and keep a positive mindset that motivates your team through changes. You have the ability to plan and set structures for yourself as well as your team and a natural talent building and maintaining strong relationships and collaborations.
