Your roleYour key responsibility is to continue developing ways of working in talent acquisition and recruitment processes while supporting Nouryon’s hiring managers. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team and contribute with strategies and development on how to best source and recruit the best talent for Nouryon. You will also support efforts to increase awareness surrounding employer branding from both an operative and strategic perspective. By forming close relationships with leadership, your drive for excellence and understanding of current trends and will assist in developing digital and data driven based recruiting tools. We see that you are a proactive person who will work closely with different departments, including HR Business Partners and Managers. Overall, you will be responsible for strengthening our employer brand in all external channels while continuing to source top talent.
You will be joining the Nordic HR leadership team and contribute to the Nordic HR strategy in addition to recruitment and employer branding.
Additional responsibilities:
Ensure that Nouryon has a well-functioning and highly effective recruiting- and selection process; especially focusing on candidate experience
Drive your own recruiting processes, from start to finish, focusing on leadership and specialist roles
Close collaboration with HRBP and managers to help prepare for future recruiting needs
Optimize and develop a close relationship with other Talent Acquisition teams within Nouryon
Continue to identify organizational needs and help develop strategies surrounding talent attraction for all business units
Develop and collaborate with external recruiting partners/vendors
Plan and develop Nouryon’s Employer Branding program, through annual activity programs and plans
Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team
Create and develop KPI’s/scorecards related to Recruiting and Attraction
Analyze recruiting data and reporting.
You will be reporting to HR Director Technology Solutions & Nordics
Your background
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have an HR/Behavioural/Social Science degree along with applicable experience in recruiting and search. You should have previous experience from leading and coaching a recruiting team. Alternatively, you have other leadership experience combined with project management skills. We also believe that you have experience working in a data driven environment where digital tools play an important role. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you have inhouse recruiting experience from a company with at least 500 employees. Another key benefit is having experience where you have applied your creativity and skills into developmental or enhancement projects within recruiting. Creativity within employer branding is also strongly desired, along with having a certification in recruiting testing tools.
Since Nouryon is an international company, it is also very important that you communicate efficiently in both Swedish and English (written/verbal).
You are capable in managing both strategic and operational tasks as you progress in your work. You have a good sense for business and can make decisions based on analysis of data. We appreciate your leadership style and ability to delegate responsibilities among your team. We also see that you are great at creating structure and clarity for both yourself and your team. You are an inspiration who notices everyone around them and always maintains a positive attitude.
You should be comfortable working in an ambiguous and continuously changing environment.
