Talent Acquisition Officer

Efficy is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to find all the new talents we need across Europe and deliver a first-class candidate experience.

Mission

- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various functions in different European countries (Sourcing, screening, interviews, closing)
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Build a pipeline of strong candidates
- Employer branding & networks building to accelerate recruitment opportunities (job fairs, visit schools, digital marketing...)
- Close collaboration with managers, HR Director and marketing.


Profile

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a true passion for recruitment and sourcing, who takes initiatives and will keep an eye open for innovation and improvement.

- You hold a bachelor or a master degree
- You have a first and successful experience in recruitment, ideally in IT
- Talent for writing attractive job descriptions
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
- Knowledge of technical IT competencies
- Motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active, you are a true team player and LinkedIn is your favorite hunting ground
- Fluent in French and English. Swedish, Spanish or Dutch is a plus
