As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LumenRadio you will be responsible for supporting our managers in the end-to-end recruitment process while as contribute to a great candidate experience. You will also work with employer branding activities and be important for the long-term employer brand of LumenRadio, which today is characterized by a humble, ambitious and passionated employees. We offer you a role where you will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment you will be our first recruiter and it will be your responsibility to build up our TA function, apart from that we also continue our journey within employer branding and this is where we see you as a partner and initiator for all sorts of activities. Your daily work is characterized by freedom under responsibility. We are also developing our on- and off-boarding process and will implement a new HR system in the near future where you will be involved. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LumenRadio you will partner up with our HR Director and our managers to create the best experience for our candidates and employees.
We are open for different kind of profiles and believe personal attributes are important, such as ability to make things happen, take own initiatives and experience of the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with recruiting managers.
You future
• Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Search and attract talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn
• Be a trusted recruiting advisor for our recruiting managers
• Initiative different employer branding projects, both internally and externally
• Contribute to our onboarding and off boarding process as well as overall candidate and employee experience
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
• You will work closely together with our HR Director, recruiting managers and other team members to make sure we attract and hire the best talents
• Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the recruiting managers
• Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice
• Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for key partners
Who you are
• You have experience working as an in-house recruiter, preferably with a variation of areas
• You have an understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
• You thrive in variated role with both recruitment and employer branding
• You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
• You are a standout colleague and you strive for having excellent collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
• You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at LumenRadio has a unique and positive experience
• You have strong language skills in both Swedish and English
• As a person we believe you are curious, humble and ambitious
