ROLE PURPOSE: find and recruit high performing talent, to help Alight become a major solar power producer in Europe, with a strong track record and high-quality team in place
ROLE OBJECTIVES
Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment processes
Challenge, coach, and coordinate team members and hiring managers
Identify and remove bottlenecks that are holding us back from finding, attracting, and closing candidates



ACTIVITIES IN THE ROLE
Coordinate candidates throughout the candidate journey, while providing high-quality experiences to our candidates from application to offer
Conduct interviews, assessments, reference interviews, compile candidate profiles for hiring committees
Challenge and advise Hiring Managers:
Defining profile requirements, persona, role description, and sourcing strategy
Challenge and train hiring team and managers in ‘how we hire’ by sharing Alight’s recruiting principles and best practices, through training sessions and buddy checks
