We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Partner to join our Sweden Talent Team and become essential stakeholder for our Motion business area. Reporting to the Talent HUB/Cluster Lead, you will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our talent team members, supporting multiple businesses with end-to-end recruitment activities.


Your responsibilities
Apply your recruiting expertise and identify, attract & hire the best talents in the market for ABB
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and provide guidance and expert advice to hiring managers at every step of the recruitment process from requisition creation to offer accepted
Aim for outstanding customer experience by providing high-quality support to our hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
Actively advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote talent advancement activities within the businesses as well as educate the organization where needed
Leverage your previous experiences and add value to the business with data, market insights and consultative guidance and act as a senior, strategic Talent Partner
Master a multitude of systems and tools and provide expert advice to hiring managers
Promote employer in relevant forums, including job fairs, student and professional events, social media etc



Your background
Minimum 2 year of experience in end-to-end recruitments, incl technical roles and passion for area of Talent Acquisition
Experience in managing high volume recruitment with a track record of successfully filling difficult roles in a timely manner
Ability to work independently in a fast pace, demanding environment and manage a multitude of priorities in an efficient and professional manner
A solution-focused approach and strong influencing skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish language
Following experiences would be considered as a plus: working in a big multinational engineering company or/and having project management background
