What you will do

We're on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. Operating at the core of recruitment, you will work closely with hiring managers, driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role is perfect for a junior professional with a passion for talent acquisition, eager to contribute and grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the recruitment journey.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a talent pipeline for various positions within Brite.

- Work collaboratively with the People team to enhance and optimize our talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Some experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a tech or scale-up environment

- Demonstrated ability to handle operational aspects of recruitment processes

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
