We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Scandinavian HR. The team handles all HR matters regarding our Swedish employees, serving 8 of our vessels as well as our shore organisation. We are a team who work closely together and sharing the responsibility to give our business the best support.
What will you do?
As Talent Acquisition Partner it will be your responsibility to attract and recruit the right talents for the future. Your focus will be to ensure the inflow of new recruits by independently plan and conduct recruitment processes within the region. It’s important that you always have the candidate and employee experience in mind throughout the attract and recruit process according to our employer brand. By delivering a high quality, customer focused recruitment, you will support the business to deliver on their goals.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Continuously develop and improve the recruitment process and digital solutions to safeguard effective administration and a great candidate experience
- Independently conduct requested recruitment processes on all levels in line with Stena Lines recruitment guidelines and Employer Brand
- Perform full cycle recruitment tasks such as writing job posts, sourcing, screen applications, interviews, assessments etc.
- Administrative tasks included in recruitment process according to established regional procedures
- Actively work to safeguard Stena Line’s Employer Brand in all recruitment processes
- Managing a number of different types of recruitments and deadlines simultaneously
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that external providers operate in accordance with their contractual provisions
- Collaborations with schools regarding career events, internships and other employer branding activities
- Participate in relevant Stena Line Talent Acquisition projects
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a can-do mind-set that has a lot of drive and energy for improvements and change. You have a great ability to work independently with parallel processes at the same time. Being flexible and able to prioritize is key, always staying on top of things! You are a social chameleon that can communicate with different people throughout the organisation and a proud company ambassador. In this role your ability to handle administrative tasks in a structured, detail-oriented way with the bigger picture in mind, will definitely come in handy.
The must-haves:
- At least a Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Work Life Science or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ experience of working with full cycle recruitment
- Experience working with ATS systems, such as ReachMee
- Experience using research & sourcing methods
- Knowledge about different sourcing techniques and TA tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in using assessments, such as Cubiks
- Experience working with Employer Branding activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
Experience working with tech recruitment is definitely a plus!
